The Davis Law Firm, LLC was founded in 2007 by Attorney Matt Davis to serve the legal needs of a specific community of clients.  Attorney Davis' unique legal experience combined with his personal background in ministry and education, give him an exceptional perspective.

Attorney Davis serves as Vice President & Corporate Counsel for Eternal Vision, a non-profit ministry devoted to teaching Biblical stewardship and helping Christian ministries build endowments to improve quality.

He spent 8 years litigating religious liberty cases and advising thousands of Christians and ministry leaders on legal issues in Christian education, ministry employment, risk management and religious liberty as a staff attorney for the Christian Law Association. In one of his most famous cases, Attorney Davis worked alongside David Gibbs III in his fight to save the life of Terri Schiavo from her court-ordered death by starvation and dehydration.

Attorney Davis now lives in Watertown, Wisconsin where he also teaches Business Law as an adjunct professor at Maranatha Baptist Bible College.  Mr. Davis grew up in Danville, Illinois where his dad pastored the Faith Baptist Church for nearly 20 years.  After graduating from Maranatha Baptist Bible College with a degree in Business Management, Matt went to law school at Southern Illinois University School of Law and is now admitted to practice law in Illinois, Florida, and Wisconsin.
